When working on a small footprint, but with a high-end product, its important to make the most of every metre of space. One way of getting more impact is with great lighting.

Exhibition halls are huge spaces, and are often difficult to light effectively – on a busy show floor, with plenty of stands blocking out what little light there is, it’s essential to bring your own lighting. Without it, exhibition stands can be left looking a little dingy – it’s hard to grab the attention, it’s difficult to properly demonstrate your product even if people do come for a closer look, and it’s a sure-fire way to leave the show with a cracking headache after a day spent squinting at everything.

Exhibition and trade show lighting makes all the difference

A stand we recently put together for Danner is a great example of this. Danner are a footwear brand that has been around since 1932, but has only started to sell outside of the US more recently. They needed to grab the attention and shine a light both on the brand itself, and on their products.

The stand had a great rustic look, with exposed wood that  matched the branding perfectly – bright neon lights would have been just as bad as none at all. So we went with a simple spotlight to call attention to the main signage, and LED lightboxes that added additional lighting to the stand while displaying high quality product photographs.

Our modular LED lightboxes can be re-used many times, and really are a cost effective addition to a stand. Our lightbox receptions are a huge hit and really get the message across from a distance, and they were just what was needed for the Danner stand.
